Natural in-home newborn and family photography
Capturing some of your first family memories is so special and such an honour. My favourite place to photograph these moments is in your home or in another place that is special to you.
Having your shoot in a familiar location you get to capture life just as it was in that moment and also remove the stress of trying to make it to a studio booking on time. You can also include some of your baby’s favourite things. For example, our son loves the mobile over his bed and the movement in the trees outside our windows.
Within two weeks of your shoot, I will send you a range of the best edited digital images in high resolution, from close ups (think gorgeous tiny toes and beautiful eyes!), to group and single portraits with natural smiles and laughter, and a few more formal ‘looking into the camera’ shots. I will give you a bit of gentle direction when it is needed to ensure that you get the best angles, backdrops, lighting and compositions.
